Cuemath Edge Award Nominee #9 : Stuti Khandelwal
Hi, I am Stuti Khandelwal from Faridabad I live with my 6-year-old son and husband. I have been a Cuemath teacher since the last 20 months and currently, have 16 active students. Before Cuemath I was an engineer with an MBA degree, working at an IT firm for about 3 years. I had to quit work because I had conceived and needed to take some time off. After the birth of my son, I was keen on seeking out work from home opportunities that would give me the freedom and flexibility to utilize my time. One fine day I came across a Cuemath ad in the newspaper that caught my eye and I decided to give Cuemath a shot. I visited their Delhi office and was impressed by the methodology, the worksheets, and math manipulatives. In addition to this, I thought it would also help me build a strong math foundation for my son.
My time at Cuemath has been filled with proud moments like the time when one of my students outperformed his class and received praise from all his school teachers, and the fact that the parents put their trust and faith in me regarding the future of their child. However, to me, my day feels complete when I see my students coming to the class with smiles and leaving the class with an even higher level of joy and excitement.
I aspire to be a role model for my students, to help them build a strong analytical foundation which will help them in their careers going ahead. Just as I like to see my growth, I am confident that Cuemath is all set to grow leaps and bounds across the globe giving rise to a new breed of creative problem-solvers.
2 Things have contributed greatly to my success. Guidance from my fellow teachers, mentors and the whole team and the determination to keep doing things the right way and improving myself based on the feedback I received.
Every day is a learning process for me where I get to learn how to teach kids from different age groups, backgrounds, and circumstances. In addition to this, as a buddy mentor, I get to learn how to manage new teachers and guide them towards becoming better teachers at Cuemath.
My pro-activeness and religious adherence to the processes helped me get to where I am today, but all this is driven by my desire to be a role model for these students which resulted in a lot of learning not just from my center but for Cuemath as well and thus I feel that you should vote for me.
