100% in Double-Accelerated Math: How Swanika Achieved It

Swanika’s passion for math and Cuemath’s guidance helped her master advanced concepts early, excel in a double-accelerated math program, and earn the President’s Award for excellence.

100% in Double-Accelerated Math: How Swanika Achieved It

Swanika joined Cuemath in 2020, and since then, her learning graph has shown a steady upward trajectory.

Swanika brings together curiosity, consistency, and commitment. What began with solving fun math riddles soon evolved into a deeper passion for understanding how math works.

Over the years, that drive has translated into remarkable accomplishments across academics and community work.

Meet Swanika

  • Currently in grade 10, learning with Cuemath tutor, Shiji Varughese , since 2020
  • Taking Precalculus and Calculus in Grade 10 — typically studied in Grades 11–12
  • Scored 100/100 in Common Assessment
  • Recipient of the President’s Educational Award for outstanding academic performance
  • Double-Accelerated Math student since middle school
  • Recipient of the President’s Gold Volunteer Service Award for 102 hours of volunteer service
  • Beyond math, Swanika likes to play tennis

From Curiosity to Mastery

Swanika began her Cuemath journey by exploring math through puzzles and logic games, which built her confidence and curiosity.

As her understanding deepened, she moved into a double-accelerated math track — a pathway designed for advanced learners.

What Double-Acceleration Math Means

In a double-accelerated math program, a student studies two or more grade levels ahead.

For example, a 5th grader might learn 7th-grade math. The pace is faster, but the focus remains on understanding concepts deeply while mastering higher-order problem-solving.

Advanced Math Learning with Cuemath

Now in Grade 10, Swanika is already taking Precalculus and Calculus with Cuemath while most students complete these courses in Grades 11–12.

Her ability to stay focused and disciplined allows her to excel in this demanding path.

With guidance from her tutor, Shiji Varughese, Swanika has built strong conceptual clarity and analytical skills. Shiji’s focus on reasoning and depth over memorization has helped Swanika sustain her pace in advanced math while keeping her love for the subject intact.

“Swanika truly enjoys her Cuemath classes. She approaches every problem with persistence and a clear plan. Her preparation is systematic. She organizes and plans well ahead of every exam. Each session with her is an ‘aha!’ moment, driven by dedication and relentless effort.”

~ SHIJI VARUGHESE, SWANIKA’S CUEMATH TUTOR
