Text Solution

Steps:

Let, \(\begin{align}p(x) = 5x - 4{x^2} + 3\end{align}\)

 \(\begin{align} \rm(i)\;\;\;p(0) &=5(0)-4(0)^{2}+3 \\ &=3 \end{align}\)

\(\begin{align} \rm(ii)    \;\;\;p(-1) &=5(-1)-4(-1)^{2}+3 \\ &=-5-4+3 \\ &=-6 \end{align}\)

\(\begin{align} \rm(iii)\;\;  \; p(2) &=5(2)-4(2)^{2}+3 \\ &=10-16+3 \\ &=-3 \end{align}\)
