# Probability

Go back to 'Jee'

This chapter begins with a presentation of a theoretical approach to probability and the probability of an event. This approach is further illustrated with formulae and examples. We also see that that the sum of the probabilities of all the elementary events of an experiment is 1. Favourable event and impossible event are discussed. Several examples which occur in our day-to-day lives and which involve probability are stated and explained in a very detailed manner.

In addition to preparing for the JEE mains and advanced exams, Cuemath Founder Manan Khurma's study material is helpful for students who are appearing for CBSE, ICSE and other State board exams.
