About the Game
Numbers 1 through N sit on the board. On your turn, you take any number that still has at least one factor remaining on the board — that number becomes yours. The Taxman then automatically collects every remaining factor of the number you just took. Play continues until no number on the board has any factors left; the Taxman then takes everything that's left. Add up what you collected — the higher total wins. The strategy is picking numbers that hand the Taxman as little as possible relative to what you gain.
