(b) 3/7 × 28/15 ÷ 14/5
(c) 3/7 + -2/21× -5/6
(d) 7/8 + 1/16 - 1/12

Solution:

(a) 32/5 + 23/11 × 22/15

= 32/5 + 46/15

= 96/15 + 46/15

= 142/15

(b) 3/7 × 28/15 ÷ 14/5

= 3/7 × 28/15 × 5/14

= 2/7

(c) 3/7 + -2/21× -5/6

= 3/7 - 2/21 × (-5/6)

Using BODMAS rule, we get

= 3/7 + 5/63

= 27/63 + 5/63

= 32/63

(d) 7/8 + 1/16 - 1/12

= 42 + 3 - 4/48

= 45 - 4/48

= 41/48
