Addition Math Puzzle 1:
Answer: Each shape can be associated with a number.
Two triangles are equal to 4. So one triangle is equal to 2.
A triangle and a circle equal to 5. Since a triangle is 2, the circle is 3.
On similar lines, a square is 5 and a diamond is 4.
Therefore, the first set can be written as 2 +3+5 = 10
The second set can be written as 3+5+4 = 12
Further, the third set can be written as 2+3+5+4 = 14
First set = 10 Second set = 12 Third set = 14 
Addition Math Puzzle 2:
Answer: This puzzle involves associating numbers to shapes. Since the first set has 3 shapes, it can be connected with 3 numbers. So, the circle is 3, the square is 1 and the triangle is 2.
Following a similar line of reasoning, the star is 4. The diamond is 5.
The numbers to be added are 324+152 = 476.

Math Puzzle 3:
Answer: This problem can be solved easily if we narrow it down to a simpler problem. Ask your child to imagine 5 trees with a total distance of 20 m between them. Notice that 5 trees will have 4 gaps between them. The distance between two adjacent trees will then be 20 m divided by 4 gaps equal to 5 m.
Extending this line of reasoning, we can see that 100 trees will have 99 gaps. Distributing 495m among 99 gaps will give us 5m as the length of each gap or the distance between the trees.
The distance between the trees is 5m.

Answer:

Engine = 25 metres

20 coaches = 20*40=800 metres

20 connectors = 20 metres

Answer: Since 10 + 5 =15, try to place 5 in the middle cell. Now list the set of numbers that add up to 10.

Answer: Ken ken is a great way to enable children to do mental arithmetic. They develop the skill to evaluate all possible options before arriving at the right solution.
Each row and column should have numbers from 1 to 4. The only number remaining to be filled in cell B1 is 2.This means B2 is 3 as B1 and B2 should add to 5.
