Distance to be covered = 297 km
Diesel required by the truck to cover 297 km = 54 litres
Hence diesel required to cover one 1 km = 54/297 litres/km = 2/11litres/km

Diesel Required = 550 (2/11) litres = 50 2 = 100litres
Thus distance and diesel are directly proportional to each other.
