**(a) 25%**

So, decimal fraction will be

= 25/100

= 0.25

& Simplest form of fraction will be 25/100

= 5/100

= 1/4

**(b) 150%**

So, decimal fraction will be

= 150/100

= 1.5

& Simplest form of fraction will be 150/100

= 30/20

= 3/2

**(c) 20%**

So, decimal fraction will be

20/100 = 2/10

= 0.20

& Simplest form of fraction will be

20/100 = 2/10

= 1/5

**(d) 5%**

So, decimal fraction will be

= 5/100

= 0.05%

& Simplest form of fraction will be 5/100

= 1/20
