It is given that

Number of children who do not like potato chips N (E) = 364 - 91 = 273

We know that

Probability that he/she does not like to eat potato chips = n(E)/ n(S)

Substituting the values

= 273/ 364

= 0.75

Therefore, the probability that he/she does not like to eat potato chips is 0.75.
