From the histogram,

We observe that the class interval is 150 - 200, 200 - 250,.. with a width as 50.

The __frequency distribution__ table is given below,

150 - 200 | 50 |

200 - 250 | 35 |

250 - 300 | 40 |

300 - 350 | 20 |

350 - 400 | 10 |

Total number of workers = 50 + 35 + 40 + 20 + 10 = 145
