What platform does Cuemath use, and is it safe for children?

Cuemath uses Leap, our proprietary live class platform built specifically for one-on-one math learning. It features a collaborative digital whiteboard (MathCanvas), interactive tools, and real-time feedback. The platform is child-safe, ad-free, and secure. All sessions are conducted by verified Cuemath tutors, and parents have full visibility.

What if my child misses a class? Can we reschedule?

Yes. You can reschedule missed sessions with your tutor at a mutually convenient time. Class pauses and rescheduling are managed through the Cuemath app. You also have flexibility to choose class timings and frequency that work for your child.

What technology does my child need for a Cuemath class?

Since classes are online, you’ll need a desktop, laptop, or tablet with video calling. We also highly recommend a writing tablet for the best learning experience. If there’s a technical issue during a session, 24×7 in-class support helps troubleshoot. If it can’t be resolved, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
