**Solution:**

In ∆ ABC and ∆ FED,

Given that:

∠B = ∠E = 90° (given)

∠A = ∠F (given)

BC = ED

By using the angle sum property of triangles,

⇒ ∠A + ∠B + ∠C = ∠E + ∠F + ∠D = 180°

⇒ 180° – ∠C = 180° – ∠D [Since, ∠A + ∠B = ∠E + ∠F]

Therefore, ∠C =∠D

Thus, ∆ ABC ≅ ∆ FED by ASA rule.
