# If Δ ABC and Δ PQR are to be congruent, name one additional pair of corresponding parts. What criterion did you use?

**Solution:**

In the above triangles, given that

∠B = ∠Q = 90 degree

∠C = ∠R ( given)

Since, two corresponding angles are equal, the additional pair of corresponding parts by ASA criterion will be BC = QR.

Hence, triangle ABC is congruent to triangle PQR by ASA criteria.
